Contact Information Tab

This page is for internal iPass use only. Please visit the Child Accounts Contact Information Tab help page for information on managing child accounts.

In the Contact Information tab, enter the following fields:

  • Under Contact Information, fill in the information for the contact. All fields are required except for Mobile Phone.
  • Under Contact for, fill in the information regarding contact type by placing a check mark in the box next to the contact options that apply.
  • Under Receive an email notification,place a check mark in the box next to Hourly Failure Report. (This is currently the only notification available.)

Go to: Account Management Tab > Request a New Account
