Cost Center Management

This feature makes it easy manage and create new cost centers, as well as assign users to specific cost center groups. Cost centers help group and manage users for billing and reporting purposes.

Currently, is it not possible to update a Cost Center ID with the Import feature.


The following information will be displayed for a company:

  • Cost Center
  • Cost Center ID
  • # of Assigned Users
  • Last Modified
  • Actions: The drop-down menu in this column offers the ability to Edit and Remove cost centers.

With Child Company

When a company has child companies, the following will be available:

  • Cost Center
  • Child Company
  • Cost Center ID
  • # of Assigned Users
  • Last Modified
  • Actions: The drop-down menu in this column offers the ability to Edit cost centers (where you can assign users to a particular cost center) and View.
