Use this feature to create, activate, or suspend users by uploading a .CSV or .XLSX file with the appropriate values. The imported file must contain the following columns:

| username | Mandatory | The name the user uses to log in. This includes the iPass domain assigned to the user (e.g. <user>@<ipassdomain>. |

| company | Mandatory | CompanyId assigned to your company. |
| password | Optional | Leave this field empty if your company is set up for auto-generated passwords. |
| departmentCode | Optional | This must match the Cost Center provisioned in the Open Mobile Portal. If the Cost Center feature is not set up for your company, leave this field empty. |
| trialStart | Optional | This column is only for trial users and should be left empty for any other type of user. |
| trialEnd | Optional | This column is only for trial users and should be left empty for any other type of user. |
| activateNotification | Optional | Available options are True or False. If you enter create into the action field, the self-service activation email will be automatically sent unless activateNotification is set to False. |
| suspendNotifcation | Optional | Available options are True or False. If set to False, the user will not receive a suspension email. |
| locale | Optional | This column gives admins a chance to set the language for activation emails based on user location. The language codes must match the pre-defined two-letter ISO language codes. For example, en_US and es-MX are acceptable values. |
| homeCountry | Optional | This must match the pre-defined two-letter ISO Country Code in the Open Mobile Portal. |

To import users:
