Network & Client Users Report

This report lists all of your users for a selected month. You can sort this list by clicking on the arrow at the right side of each column (you can also select which columns to view).

Columns:

• User Name: The user name that appears in the CDR but without a prefix.
• User Domain: The user's domain as it appears in the CDR.
• Network User? Indicates whether this user connected to an iPass network during the selected month (or there is at least one CDR this month for this user).
• OM User? Indicates whether this user connected to a network with an Open Mobile client during the selected month (or there is at least one Open Mobile SQM this month for this user).
• iPC User? Indicates whether this user connected to a network with an iPassConnect client during the selected month (or there is at least one iPassConnect SQM this month for this user).

Header Information:

• Summary Result for The month and year for the displayed report.
• Total Distinct Users: Total listed users for this month.
• Network Users: Total number of listed users for this month that logged in to an iPass Network.
• Software Users: The total number of listed users for this month (both OM & iPC Users). If a user is both an OM and iPC user, they will only appear once in this count.
• OM Users: Total number of listed users for this month that have an active Open Mobile client.
• iPC Users: Total number of listed users for this month that have an active iPassConnect client.

To run the Network & Client Users Report:

1. In the dropdown list next to Year and Month, select the year and month that you would like to view.
2. Click Go.
3. A list of users for the selected month will show up in a spreadsheet below. To download a CSV version of the report, click Download in the top right corner of the page. Only the information outlined in the Columns section above is featured in the CSV file.

To search for a user in the list:

1. Run the report for a selected month.
2. Enter the first few letters of the user name you are searching for (or the full user name) in the box next to User Name.
3. Click the search icon (or simply press Enter).

An API is available for creating billing scripts. This feature will replace the iPass Fetch script, and like that script, it is not officially supported. For more information, please see Call Detail Records (CDRs)& Supporting Reports API
