Provider Guidelines

This help page includes helpful links to information for iPass providers.

For information on obtaining credentials for logging into the Open Mobile Portal, please see Portal Registration.

If you are having trouble registering for the Open Mobile Portal, please contact supplierbilling@ipass.com with the following details:

• First name
• Last name
• Valid email address
• The Open Mobile Portal feature you need to access
• Preferred username

To view and download vouchers, log in to the Open Mobile Portal and navigate to Account tab and select Invoice History from the drop-down menu.

To access payment history, log in to the Open Mobile Portal and navigate to Account tab and select Payment History from the drop-down menu.

For further information on reviewing payment history, please see Payment History.

To download CDRs, log in to the Open Mobile Portal and navigate to Account tab and select CDRs from the drop-down menu.

For further information on viewing and downloading CDRs, please see Call Detail Records.
