Contracts

Re-sign Contract

To re-sign a contract:

  1. Fill out the Pricing tab. For more information, please click here.
  2. Fill out the Commitment tab. For more information, please click here.
  3. Fill out the Discount tab. For more information, please click here.
  4. Under Terms and Conditions:
    • After Start/Effective Date, enter the start date (required).
    • Select the New Contract Term from the drop-down list in months. The Contract End Date will change automatically based on your selection.
    • The Contract End Date will change automatically based on your selection.
    • Enter any Comments in the box.
    • Read the Terms & Conditions and check the box.
  5. When you are finished, click Save. Your request will be submitted to iPass, and you should receive a confirmation email once the form has been submitted. If you do not receive a confirmation or a response for iPass within 2 business days, email order_support@ipass.com.
