This option is only available when enabled in your company settings.
When you click on the Retrieve Password option, the user will receive an email containing a link allowing them to retrieve their credential information.
The link will expire after 24 hours.
If you click the Retrieve Password option by mistake, the user can simply ignore the link emailed to them. Clicking Retrieve Password does not automatically change a user's password information.
