Send Activation

Sending an activation email to a user initiates the activation process for that user's account. Users must be activated in order to fully utilize Open Mobile and get connected. There are no limits on the amount of times you can send an activation email.

To send an activation email:

  1. Choose the appropriate user on the Hosted Users page and open the drop-down menu in the Actions column.
  2. Click Send Activation.
  3. When the confirmation window appears, review the information and click Send Activation.
