Import Status

When importing users, the Open Mobile Portal is working in the background to import hosted user data. The Import Status feature allows you to check the status of an import, which can be especially useful when performing bulk imports of hosted users.

The following information will be available:

  • Job ID
  • File Name
  • Status
  • Total Records
  • Total Processed
  • Imported Date
  • Imported By
  • Actions

Once you started uploading a file, you can:

  • Download Error File: This error file indicates which details contain mistakes and what you must enter to fix them.
  • View Details

Go to: Account Tab > Hosted Users
